Hi there! We have an awesome Justice League centered game that is one session in so far and we are recruiting a few more. Some of DC's big guns are still up for grabs, including Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern, Cyborg, etc. The only taken character so far are Batman and a custom character for this campaign. We played our first session around a week ago and had a wonderful blast. We are using Spectrum Games' Capes, Cowls and Villains Foul as our game engine. It is very lite, easy to learn and really feels like comic book action. If you are familiar with Marvel Heroic Rolepalying this game will likely appeal to you. It does all that MHR does and has the same kind of feel but is MUCH simpler and feels just as authentic in modeling comic book action. If you play as one of the established DC characters you will not even need to roll a character. We have them already made up. If you are not familiar with the rules, don't fret...we will teach it to you as we play. It is VERY easy to learn and we will provide resources to you for it. One of the designers of the game is the GM! We use voice chat to communicate, utilizing Skype and we roll dice online at rollz.org. Our next session will be Sunday May 25th. at around 3:30 pm U.S. EASTERN over Skype. We WILL BE TRANSITIONING TO ROLL 20 SOON. Anyone interested in joining us?
Interested. What time zone is that?
Eastern time zone.
I'd be interested in giving it a go if you have room in the group. I love the DC Universe.
I love DC too. if you got room id like to try this out.
What DC characters would you all like to play as?

I was thinking of doing something like what they did with Superboy being a clone of Superman and Lex Luthor. To give it a interesting back story and maybe memories that arent really his but of the people he was made from.
HintoRLZ said: Greetings to you dear sir! Just read about this and was looking for a game, that time would work perfectly for me. It seems like a fascinating game and I merely have two questions: 1. Are we able to roll our own custom character? 2. How would I be able to get more consistent contact if there is still room open? Thank you kindly for reading this post and looking forward to your reply :) Hello there! There is still room atm. You can indeed roll your own character...just try to ensure it is a concept appropriate for the Justice League theme of the game. You can contact me anytime over Skype. My ID on there is warduke5150.
All those of you interested please feel free to look me up anytime on Skype. My ID on there is warduke5150. For the game you can roll your own character as long as the concept if appropriate for the Justice League type game we are running. Nothing too silly. You may alternately choose to play as an established DC hero like Superman or the Flash. Batman is currently taken.

Hello players. Thanks to daddystabz for sending out this great post about the CC&VF game. I am that game's GM. :) I think with this group so far, we can try to go up to 5 players. Maybe 6, but that can get hard to handle with some unusual rules, and technical difficulties on Skype. Six players is the maximum I've played with face-to-face at conventions, too. Please contact me on Skype as well, in addition to daddystabz (warduke5150). My Skype ID is jandarastro. We are indeed trying to play again on May 25th, next Sunday , so we'll have to be quick with char-gen. From the Justice League , I'd recommend Black Canary, Red Tornado, The Flash, maybe even Hawkman and Martian Manhunter. Experienced players may even feel comfortable playing an established hero and their sidekick at the same time, or as alternating roles - Green Arrow/Speedy, Martian Manhunter/Miss Martian, etc.
