Maps not Loading

I was getting ready for a game I'm running tomorrow but when I try and go to any given map only part of the map loads.  I'm using the Dragon of Icespire Peak from the deluxe Essentials kit I bought on the Roll20 marketplace.  It just seems to be this one game that is having the issue but since we're well into the campaign I need to figure out what is going on.  Is it possible the game is somehow corrupted?  Anyone else ever have this problem?
Do they appear pixelated?  Could be related to this problem ?
Thank you for the reply.  However, nothing related to this.  The map looks like it's loaded fine but then when I start to scroll around it's only loaded part of the map.  When I try to switch to a different map the screen comes up as if it's going to load the new map but then the current (partial) map I"m on just comes back.  Then, when I exit the game and relaunch it, it brings up the map I was most recently trying to (unsuccessfully) switch to.  This new map I'm on is also only partially loaded.  My other games I've checked seem to be working fine.  At this point I'm thinking somehow something got corrupted in there.   I don't know what else to do but roll the game back to an earlier version and see if that helps.  This is using the Essentials Deluxe kit from the Roll20 marketplace.  Currently I just have the Dragon of Icespire Peak content loaded in there.  I have a couple of other games using this same content and they seem to be working fine.
I just rolled my game back to May 2nd.  However, I'm having the same issue.  The map loads and looks normal and is on the left side of the map.  When I try scrolling over to the right only about 1/2 of the map has loaded and it abruptly ends.  When I try to switch to a different map the load screen momentarily comes up but then it just comes back to the map I was already on.   The most recent time I ran this game was April 27th.  I then tried to roll back to April 28th, which was the oldest version available in the rollback feature.  However, when I tried to rollback I got the following error message: There was an error when trying to roll back the game:* Couldn't fetch backup file. There is not a backup file for the date given. Canceling rollback. I then rolled back to the second oldest date available, April 28th but the maps are continuing to only partially load.  So, it appears that somehow a data file or something got corrupted.  I am a Pro subscriber and submitted a ticket yesterday.  My main problem is I have a game in a few hours and need to figure out what to do. I am also concerned if this can't get fixed that it could happen again in a different game.  If it helps, here's what one of the maps looks like when I am completely zoomed out.  : Here's a picture completely zoomed in and as far to the right and bottom as I can go.  The map is not fully loading for some reason:

What is the size of your map page in the settings?  Could the size have been reset to something smaller than the map dimensions somehow?  Might be worth a check to be sure.
I'll check that out next time.  I turned off Explorer mode in the new lighting and for some reason that seemed to fix it. Thanks for the reply.

Thinking about it more that wasn't the issue because when I tried to switch to a different map the loading screen would come iup but then it would just load the same map.  Plus, I'm positive I never touched the map dimensions.  This was definitely some sort of bug in the system.
I had the same problem with my maps, and disabling Explorer Mode also allowed me to work on them.
