I run a game on Thursday evenings (GMT time), and we might have room for one more. We play in the Forgotten Realms and using 5E, but the campaign is otherwise of my own creation, and set in an earlier time period than is default for the 5E books, as well as in a somewhat different part of the world. It's decidedly RP-heavy, with combat an occasional occurrence - we average probably one fight per two sessions, or thereabouts. The group is very open-minded, and we ask for the same from anyone interested in joining us. Our preferred candidate identifies as female (to balance the group, since we likely will have a female player leave due to work changes), is mature, and interested in a campaign with a lot of background information and a fair amount of intrigue. Social engagement with NPC and figuring out plot is probably half of our game time, so if immersion isn't in your wheelhouse, this may not be your kettle of fish. Reliability is also important, so we look for people with a non-changing schedule and a stable home life - students and flex workers would not fit well with our schedule. As it stands, the campaign is 16 sessions old, and the group is level 4 at the moment. More importantly, however, is making sure that you, as a player, would feel at home among us, and we comfortable with you. As a result, I'm not yet interested in character proposals, but in hearing about you, the player. What drives you? What do you do to express yourself? If the above sounds interesting, please send me a private message! I'd be glad to hear from you. Cheers, Pat
