That's beyond normal, even considering the 5-10 volume they've been experiencing. Have you sent a followup? Try writing directly to <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> and put something like "Account Billing Issue-Second Inquiry" in the subject.
And check your spam-folder. :)
