How long does it normally take an add-on to install? Bought the Eberron add-on pack and added it and it says I'm in position 0. It's been about 5 hours. I know it's a big size but I'm nervous at the 0 in line stat. Thanks in advance!
Usually it only takes a minute or two. If it's been five hours, something is wrong. Try loading into the game from a different browser if you don't feel comfortable disturbing the window.
Thanks Keith. I actually reached out to support and they told me to create a new game and add the add-on there. Once I did that I was able to cancel the add-on in the original campaign and re-add it no problem.
