Nesting attributes and rolling.

Hello Folks, I had had a research on the forums. but my specific task either didnt show up, or I missed it. sorry iff the latter is the case ! Im trying to get AEON Trinity alive again and now intend to make rolls easy by nested token actions. which works wonderful with this first attempt, it only has one drawback .. Heres my test macro: ?{Physical Rolls|    Might, /r [[(@{STR} + @{Might})d10>7]]|    Drive, /r [[(@{DEX} + @{Drive})d10>7]]|    Stealth, /r [[(@{DEX} + @{Drive})d10>7]]} I get  the [3]   - result only .. ofc thats the amount of successes  but is there a chance to get the roll shown, too ?  like 8+5+3+1  ? The whole point of that technique is that the result of the roll can be used inline , in a sentence of text without breaking the flow. You can see the individual dice by hovering your mouse cursor over the result. If you want all the dice to be printed out in chat along with the result, you have to switch to the /roll syntax. And as I type that, I notice you are using the roll syntax along with the inline rolls. Change your query to ?{Physical Rolls|    Might,/r (@{STR} + @{Might})d10>7|    Drive,/r (@{DEX} + @{Drive})d10>7|    Stealth,/r (@{DEX} + @{Drive})d10>7} Note: you have to remove the space between the comma and the slash for it to work properly (changing , /r to ,/r).

Or... because I'm a nerd... why not simplify further: /r (?{Physical Rolls|    Might,@{STR} + @{Might}|    Drive,@{DEX} + @{Drive}|    Stealth,@{DEX} + @{Drive}})d10>7

The key to queries is to remember that they are a direct replacement for things... you can keep all common syntax/content outside of them with relative safety. The only caveat to that is attribute calls etc as they are expanded before the query is resolved. It's a steep learning curve at times but the view from the top is amazing ;)
