Art library not saving drag and drop items

On the Dev server, I have not confirmed yet on the regular server: If I drag and drop using the art library pop up directly or use the upload button, art saves all is fine. If I drag a png, etc from my desktop as a map, token, etc for use...it works, it stays, but it is not in the library for future use. These are items I made, not a URL to a web asset. I even have character journal entries with tokens that can only be found in the character journal not in the art library....delete character journal entry and the token will be gone. This is used to work differently, drag and dropped art from the desktop (not URL linking) onto a map was also saved into the art library. Was this behavior changed, or is this a bug?

Images uploaded while on the dev server do not count towards your quota nor are they retained in your art library. There's degrees of separation between Dev and Main since the Dev server is designed to be a test bed. If you want art to be stocked in your art library, you'll need to upload them while logged into a campaign on the Main server.
Ah...I must of missed that in the documentation somewhere...makes sense now....thanks!
