[LFG] Live Alone, Need Something to Take My Mind Off

Hi Roll20, with all of the covid stuff going on, living alone has really been getting to me. I work and sleep here so something else to take my mind off would be great... I've played Pathfinder, Pathfinder 2., 5e, and Shadowrun and am open to any of those games or something new if new players are allowed. I am respectful of all parties and am really flexible as a group member.  I work 8am-5pm EDT, and my only other commitment is from 2pm-5pm EDT on Sundays. Thanks for any help <3
Are there any other reliable methods for finding a Roll20 game? I've been trying on here for days and it seems near impossible
It can be quite difficult to find a single group on here, and any openings are usually pounced upon by everyone looking for a game. Unless you're willing to apply to all openings in the hope of grabbing a game, probably the best option is to join a community where they have multiple DM's where you can hopefully jump into a game they've got going on there. A lot of these communities use discord as a base for organising games.
If you actually wanna play, you have to either lurk the searchbar, deal with the hell hole that is living world campaigns full of bizarre and restrictive rules and salty mods, or DM the game yourself. Unless you want to play dnd 5e, there's infinite games for dnd 5e.

I agree with @Yapping Kobold Queen avoid west marches and living worlds for the reason he/she stated as well of you would have to deal with there internal politics and drama. It is best to wait and find a normal game this may take time. You can also look under Games>Join a Game tab above and do searches for open games. Also what @DMac said, You can join a discord community. These are different than west marches and living worlds. They are a place where GM's and Players meet similar to roll20. Due to Roll20 rules I can not link any here, but if you do a search on google for "Dungeons and Dragons/Pathfinder" discords you will find plenty. It just takes time is all theirs like a 100 players to 1 GM. So everyone is trying to grab spots. Keep the faith and try and try you get into a game.
