not able to load a picture to the game screen

Just as the title says when I try and upload any art to the games front "page"(load screen where you set time and can go to game options) it just hangs, doesnt matter what browser or computer I have tried to use.

It sounds like you are talking about the game title art? What is the size and file type you are trying to upload?

have tried very tiny jpeg up to normal size, the size doesnt seem to be the issue it just stops.

I have seen this a couple of times before and it usually takes dev intervention. I suggest filing a  Help Center Request . Be prepared to be patient, though. Demand on the systems has grown much faster than supply since the influx of users after Covid-19.
