How do you see imported characters in Roll20?

Hello, my players are trying to import their characters from another campaign, but neither of us can see the characters once they've been imported. I allow importing characters on my server, and I'm a pro subscriber.

Most likely the permissions didn't make the trip.  Just hit the edit button and set the view and edit permissions on the sheets.
