Hello, my players are trying to import their characters from another campaign, but neither of us can see the characters once they've been imported. I allow importing characters on my server, and I'm a pro subscriber.

Most likely the permissions didn't make the trip.  Just hit the edit button and set the view and edit permissions on the sheets. Edit:  Since this isn't a suggestion, I flagged your post to be moved to the Specific Use Questions & Macros forum.
