No voice or video with Curse of Strahd module

Hi devs, checking in on an update. This has halted future module purchases for my campaigns until resolved and is excluding participants who lack the setup to support the extra apps needed to replace this functionality. A portion of players just don't have that luxury and have already bought into this content. I'm opting to construct material for the new Icewind Dale adventure myself rather than pre-order it here. I know this is a difficult process for all parties, but encourage everyone else to similarly incentivize a resolution to this.

I'm waiting on a refund approval, and I'm cancelling my monthly sub until this is resolved.
Hi Devs, An update would be greatly appreciated. This is live content that isn't working that people have paid for, and are continuing to pay for. When will it be fixed?
Tonight is my fourth session of CoS since I originally joined this thread and I've seen two members of Roll20 dev team say, 'We are aware of your problem' and nothing besides. Appreciate busy times but I'm going to give it until 4th of September (full month since I commented, almost two months since originally raised) and I too may put forward a refund request
Just a follow up to see if there’s any updates?
Yes! I'm so glad we're not the only ones having this issue! We just began Strahd this week, campaign set up directly from the marketplace module. No one can see any video or hear any audio except our own in the CoS campaign. We ran through all the troubleshooting measures. All our other older custom campaigns still display all the video feeds just fine. What's going on with this? Is there any sort of fix? Please help!
Try turning your settings to voice only and reconnecting. It's a hassle, but at least you can play the module that way.

I’m having the same issues with my new campaign.
Just tested this after todays update and can confirm its working again. Nice work devs
Did a quick little test and it seems to work! We're playing again tomorrow so let's see if it works for everyone in the party.
Can it be.....?!
My group is going to have an extra session tonight so we will definitely test it out and I'll post back here if it works.
Well, it worked, sort of. Load times and lags were horrendous. As soon as all of us (5 players, 7 PC's, 1 DM) would get logged in, I (the DM) would start describing a scene and someone would drop out. It could be me, or one or more of the others. About an hour in, we all went to voice only again, but it was still rough. Perhaps there was a lot of overload on the Roll20 servers, but load time between maps and the dropout rate was very frustrating.
I played a full session last night (3 hours) with 4 players and it went smoothly. The webcams were stuttering a little but audio was solid. My only complaint was that it took about 30 seconds for each player to load in and have their webcams showing. Other than that, its a massive leap forward and a big improvement on how it was

As far as I understand it, the voice and video doesn't use the roll20 servers. Instead, your computer sets up a separate direct connection to each other player's computer in the campaign, and sends the voice and/or video to each player separately.   So in a game with video and 10 players + GM, you are going to be sending out 10 separate video streams, one to each player (so a high bandwidth is required by each player to handle this).

Still no video or audio in our game. Wonder how much longer to get a Dev response?

There was a patch released on Sept. 4, specifically to address the issue. Have you updated? Several people upthread have reported this resolved the problem.
