Logging in issues

I have a ticket open on this topic (#22291) But, I am posting this here because I want to go into detail about the issue and make sure that both the Roll20 team and other people here are aware of the issue and how I was able to get around it. (I honestly don't know if this problem will continue if I need to login again.) So, I tried to login earlier. I put in my password as usual - nothing. I couldn't log in. I tried my 800 other passwords, thinking maybe I just mistakenly put in the wrong thing - nothing. I do password recovery. It says in the email you are provided that, if you click the link, it will log you in and direct you to your account management page where you can reset your password. I clicked the link and it just sent me to the login page, something I clearly could not do anything with. Again, I try my logins and i can't get in. Keeping in mind, I'm on Chrome while doing all this. Don't know if this will help anyone or the devs in figuring out why this happened but figured it was worth adding in there. So, I do the typical things. Close the window and open it again. I have to literally google roll20, then click the link there to the site, and then it lets me log in. HOWEVER! It lets me log in, see my games. I go to launch it or go to my account settings and it logs me out again instantly. I then go to restart my whole computer. Maybe that will help. Nope! It doesn't. Same issue. So, I resort to clearing my cookies and cache (And log out of the many sites i visit every day T.T) But, then it seems to almost break roll20 for a few minutes. I try to login and actually am able to. Then, I quickly clicked to see if my game would load (I'm a DM and I have prep to do tonight for my game in a few days!) And then, i'm met with LONG loading times and the page just crashing with the typical Chrome "Aw, Snap!" page that indicated the load failed. It literally says "Something went wrong while displaying this webpage". Personally I panicked a little xD Though frankly I was already at that point. I tried in another window, didn't load. I cleared my cache again and for SOME REASON It worked! It finally let me login and click stuff AND keep me logged in. I honestly have NO IDEA what could have caused this. And clearly the first cache clearing was not enough to COMPLETELY fix everything. One of my players stated that they also had a similar issue with logging in earlier. They were able to fix it simply by reloading the page. I don't know if this is an issue that others are facing but this is what I had to deal with. Also, frankly unsure if I'm posting this to the correct location x.x But frankly, I'm too worried to click around and then randomly be logged out again!

There have been several glicthes today. I think you were just a victim of bad timing.
Okay! I honestly had like a full hour of panic trying to get in so I could even do ANYTHING to do some prep for my sessions. x.x Good to know that it's not just me and my one player. Ether way, I hope that all this may or may not help other people and hopefully the devs with fixing some of the glitches x.x I didn't have this issue on ANY other site, just roll20.
I usually use Brave but not able to log in regardless of what i do. I am however stable on chrome for now anyway.
I am able to get in on Firefox, and Chrome incognito tab, but not Chrome normal browser. Weird.

Me too. Cleared out my cookies and it started working for the moment , but the Roll20 team may want to take a look. It was still not letting me in as of this morning.
I just had the same issue and I was seriously panicking about it. Thank you for recommending to clear my cache twice, that seems to fix it.
i had it happen to me i closed the page then opened it again it works
Update on my ticket for this issue. " Hi there! We're working on a fix now. Thanks for your patience. Meanwhile, if you're currently having trouble logging in, one possible solution is to clear your browser's cache and see if that solves the problem. It may also be helpful to try and log in using a different browser (such as trying Firefox if you normally use Chrome or vice versa--Brave and Edge are not optimized for Roll20. Please let us know if this helps with the issue. -TK" This is the help I received for my ticket. I pointed them also in the direction of this ticket. Hopefully they will be able to help everyone else out and it looks like they are working on the issue. It's nice to know that there is an optimization issue with those two browsers (Not shocked about Edge >.>)
Ironically I actually have less problems on Edge right now.

Had same issue (for about 1 full day) Google Chrome > menu settings > MORE TOOLS > "Clear Browsing Data" > this is where you clear cache. This seems to fix it (so far today)
