Can't drag out certain tokens

Have experienced this a few times, and mostly with the Shadow. I search it in compendium to drag it to map without anything happening. Same if I find it in journal where it is part of one of the extensions I run. Other things like Bodak, ghoul etc works fine.

I've found that if I start my 'drag' somewhere well within the token/item/whatever, it usually works to drag it out. If I start at the beginning of the entry, it won't always work.

Yeah, the beginning part is a "handle" used to change the sort order. Always drag from the name. Unless this is not the problem you are experiencing, Frank Eikebø L?

Yeah, pulled from the name, not the handle. Couldn't pull from compendium or the module. Had to copy paste from another map to get the token inn

It would probably be a good idea to run the the steps below and file an official  Help Center Request Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
