Dynamic Lighting - Easy way to toggle light sources for PC Tokens

Am looking for something like Torch API script by The Aaron being implemented in UDL. Assuming that this script is not working with UDL. It is always clumsy situation when a player wants to change the light source, or snuffing it out, 'cause oil is depleted, or the Wizard wants to hastily hood his lightspell cast on a stone. Many times re-checking rules on light ranges of various source, or toggling off  the light options by selecting the "edit Token" options eats up time and slows down the momentum during gameplay. So am asking for a selection tool for the Game Master to easily and quickly modify light source and vision to Player's token, something that can be queried or called by a Macro for example. Or is there anything in place already? If you can point me to such option I would be deeply grateful to get knowledge of it :) Thanks!

Not sure if it is possible to link it to a specific rule setting, more or less like a character sheet? Right click on a character Token      +--  Lighting               +-- the typical options available in this setting Just thinking :)
