Loading Recent Uploads - only spins unless the filtering is turned off

Tried a different computer. Shutoff APIs Shut off all extentions If I turn off the filter it works fine but this not ideal when i was in the process of sorting the library. Is there anything to be done?

I'm having the exact same issue and tried clearing cache &amp; cookies, new browser, and disabling firewall/antivirus and extensions. Turning off the filter has no effect for my case however. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
