Does DM Need Plus/Pro Account?

My apologies if this has already been asked, I was unable to find an answer through searching... We're looking to purchase a Plus/Pro plan, but we want someone who doesn't have an upgraded plan to be DM of our game. Will they be able to have all the features of our account when they serve as DM in our game? Or does the account with the paid plan need to be DM? Thanks all!

The game gets the perks of the account that created the game.  So a plus/pro account holder can create a game, invite a free account holder to the game and promote that person to GM.  The person that created the game may still have to do some things depending on what all you end up wanting to do with settings, but the promoted GM will have access to do dynamic lighting and so on.

The main thing they will lack is access to the Game Settings page. That page contains a lot of account-dependent things like Compendium selection, and so is limited to the game creator.
