Hello all, So I am new to roll20 and haven't really taken any actions yet. I was in the looking for group forum and saw a post from a GM that would fit what I'm looking for. The instructions were to private message the poster. When I tried to do this I was able to click the send private message button on their profile and get the dialog box up to type out a message. However, once I hit "send" I am redirected to a page that says not authorized to post. I've tried following the troubleshooting steps I found on a similar thread here: <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/7890504/not-authorized-to-post" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/7890504/not-authorized-to-post</a> but to no avail. I've tried both the latest Chrome and the latest Firefox browser. I've cleared cache and disabled all extensions/addons and I am still getting this same behavior. This leads me to believe it could be something to do with my account specifically but I'm not sure what steps I could take next to resolve this. Any advice is appreciated, thanks!
