Power cards for immunity, resistance etc...possible?

Hello All, I have just started using Powercards and it is a fantastic API, but I do have a couple of questions on the possibilities.  I have seen some great threads and I have spent hours searching and reviewing. If someone does have a link please feel free to let me know.  I am currently using the 5E OGL for D&D.  To the questions: 1) Is is possible to create macro using Powercards to check for @{target|npc_vulnerabilities} and use that information to determine the damage applied to "target" token (and of course for immunities and resistance as well), ideally for both physical damage and casted spells? 2) I have attempted several different macros using Powercards to "higher level cast" with Vampiric Touch for example, but I cannot seem to marry a level selection to increased damage dice and deplete the spell slot at the same time.  (I know this may seem vague, but if anyone had an example of of higher level cast spell for Powercards I would be very appreciative, ideally with the spell being selected for a chatbox "Spellbook".   If anyone has any information on this or examples of this functionality working that would be fantastic.  If additional information is required I am happy to provide what I can with my limited knowledge.  I appreciate any help.
