Oh wow! This is exciting and makes me want to run Castle Amber, a famous classic module that I often see cited on peoples' lists of "My favorite module ever played" from before 1990. Great, generous large map dimensions, to cover this large indoor-outdoor space. Thanks and compliments again to Instant Dungeon maker (PvR and other pseudonyms). A great contributor to the marketplace variety on Roll20.

If i may inquire, artist-DM, what game system did your group play through? If I remember this adventure originated in either Basic D&D, or AD&D? Did you run them with D&D 5E, or PF 2e, or DND 3.5, or old school? Might mess around and run this with Old School Essentials, a newly popular OSR clone style game that has a Sheet and support on Roll20 (Such as able to list under Now Playing as of this year), or BFRPG my favorite Basic Fantasy RPG released under 3.0 OGL. Curious what you did! I will probably schedule this for sometime in 2021!

My group started with D&D 3E; then a couple of personnel changes after my best friend's sudden death; and we moved on to 4E; and then play tested D&D Next and now we play 5E. Yes, you are correct; It was one of the modules for D&D Basic/Expert.  X1 being the famous Isle of Dread, then came this module. Part of what was originally called the Known World and what became the Mystara campaign setting (the original Forgotten Realms!) I ran it with 5E and there is someone who sells 5E conversions for classic Basic and AD&D modules.  Hey, I'm currently a player in a Thursday night Roll20 campaign using BasicFantasy Rpg! Fun yet, as the name entails, basic. I don't mind; I love gaming and will play any edition (of course I have my preferences).  Ain't we lucky to have found this awesome hobby, this magic world?

Good story Patrick V Raven I will try to let you know or send screenshots when we play this. It will be months into the future, maybe a year from now. I wanted to give you credit & heads up now, because you've recently worked to release this art pack for sale on Roll20.  Because i'm in other ongoing campaigns, there can be quite a delay before I get around to using a New Product art-pack. I'm certainly adding Castle Amber to my list, now that we have suitable VTT map pages at the ready.
