(This in terms of the manga/anime this game would happen mostly concurrent to but slightly before, the events of the manga) UA High school, known as the #1 High School in Japan has produced some of the countries best heroes, while their methods are a closely guarded secret it works, making Japan the #1 country to train and work as a hero. Never to be #2 at anything for very long, wealthy investors from the United States approached Principal Nezu, and offered additional funding for the school under one condition: Build a sister campus in the United States to train the US. Nezu agreed, not for the money but in order to help the US train their next generation of heroes. The announcement was made across the country and a large swathe of land just outside Los Angelus was selected and construction began, while they were in the process of completing construction applications went out across the country to fill out the first 4 years of students at UA:LA ------------------------------------ UA: LA is a Mutants and Masterminds 3e game set in the universe of My Hero Academia, where you, the players will be playing freshman students at UA's new US expansion.
