I am unable to drag and drop monsters from the MM nor from Storm King's Thunder out of the journal and onto a page. Have tried many monsters and many pages, chrome and firefox, cleared cache and re-loaded (twice). I AM able to drag the PC tokens from the journal onto the page. Likewise, I can drag and drop art assets that I have uploaded. This is a new problem. Have been a Pro subscriber for ~4 years. Have owned the MM and STK for that time as well. I do know to grab the name when dragging. Thanks in advance for your help.

Odd. can you drag and drop from the Compendium (not the journal) to a page? Make sure it's not a creature you already have in the game. Also, have you tried in a brand new test game?

Hi Keith - I am able to drag on monsters from the MM that are NOT in STK. I cannot drag monsters from the MM, nor from the journal, that are in STK (in the journal). Potential lead: I now believe that this stopped working after I claimed and added the add-on of  Feylight Forest & Darkswell Caverns: Interactive Maps.  So there are now two add-ons in the game: STK and the Feylight add-on. Thank you for your help!

A couple of considerations: STK is a module, not an add-on. Have you created the game with the module, or used the map pack add-on. (hopefully you haven't done both, since this can mess up a game). The fact that you can drag in a fresh compendium creature but not an STK creature leads me to believe that something has happened to the default tokens in the game. If you drag in a compendium creature, it will not overwrite a resident copy (in order to prevent losing any homebrew or personal modifications). It only places a copy of one already there. This makes me think that something has happened to the creatures resident in the game. Adding the Feylight addon should not have affected the STK content in any way. Some things to try: 1. Create a fresh STK game and see if the tokens work there. 2. Open a creature from the problem game and click the edit button. Verify that a default token shows on the edit page. You can try going through the troubleshooting steps I'll list below, but you've done most of them. Step four will give you the procedure for capturing a console log, which will help a dev figure out what is going on. Use this info to file a  Help Center Request Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
Hi Keith - I created the campaign 4+ years ago as a module. I mentioned STK because it is listed under Add-Ons, but it lacks an option to "Remove" indicating that it is the module. I did not add it as an Add-On. Your intuition on #2 is correct! There is no default token for any of the STK creatures. I will insert a screenshot for reference. Do you have a suggested solution before I submit to the Devs? Next session is Sunday :-) Thanks Keith!

I suspected that something might have killed all of the default tokens. Not sure what might have caused that. Have you loaded any new APIs or run any browser extensions that affect Roll20? One (slightly painful) recovery method might be to transmogrify in replacements from a fresh campaign. They would overwrite local copies. Beyond that, a  Help Center Request  might be the only solution. PS. Out of curiosity, where is STK listed as an addon? It shouldn't be.

NVM, I discovered how that is listed. That's confusing. I'll report.
Hi Keith - No new APIs or browser extensions.  I just ran a test of the transmogrifier using a fresh STK game and a backup game. It works so now I will dive in on the big list. Thanks a lot Keith!
