Exact error: " Your connection to the server has been interrupted! Anything you do right now we'll attempt to send when you go back online, but to be on the safe side you may want to stop doing anything important. You may want to check our status site for more info. " For the past couple of week, when I am trying to set up anything or have players and start to DM, this error pops up in a minute or so and I have to reload and all my progress is lost. The message states that I should stop doing anything important just to be safe and I wonder how a DM can stop doing important things. If I don't reload, then the changes I make take about 5 min for my players to see if at all. In the second situation, my players see that I have left roll20. The status site just shows different server shard out of which #18 is having some downtime but I have no idea what I should do regarding that. This is a huge headache frustrating me as well as completely disturbing the immersive experience roll20 has to offer for a group of friends stuck in different locations. My internet connectivity is surely not an issue as my chat on discord as well as background music streaming and every other internet service works smoothly with more than 60Mbps bandwidth left for roll20. I am a paid member of roll20. I have logged a tech request on Roll20 Help centre zendesk site but it just said due to high demand they will get to it soon. I have already tried disabling extensions and clearing cache and felt like it worked but it didnt. I an using Firefox and Chrome. but it is still having consistent issues. If anyone is facing this issue or knows anyone from Roll20 please help me!
