All folder items dumped in journal?

Hey! I was just deleting some empty folders a bit earlier- and it appears that the contents of all the folders have been dropped out alphabetically below it- leaving a huge mess. I am not sure I have the patience to manually drag each and every journal object back into place- is there a way to do this in bulk, or some hope that this is a hiccup that might correct itself from the site's side?

To clarify- the contents of folders I didn't even touch. The ones I was deleting were empty ones. Alternatively any way to mass moderate would be great instead of slowly pulling individual journal entries
