You can report them to Roll20 (not in a public forum), by either filing a Help Center Request , or writing to <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> . Roll20 is not responsible for contracts between players and GMs. They merely provide a place for you to conduct such a transaction. Your money is likely gone. They may take steps to discipline or ban such an individual; I'm not privy to that sort of internal policy. It takes trust on both ends, the GM must trust that players will pay and show up ready to play, not leave a broken party or be disruptive. The players must trust that the gm will provide a play experience in return for their remuneration.
