Fallout 5E Custom Sheet Request

Hey all! I'm looking into possibly commissioning for someone to create the code needed for a custom character sheet. What I would be looking for is the following: Dynamic Character Sheet. Based on the 5E character sheet, with minor changes for Fallout specific abilities/traits. No graphics. If you have any questions, please let me know and I can answer them as they come up.
