API not working

During 5 weeks, I have been having problems with the Star Wars API dice on weekends, having lags on rolls from 1 minute to one hour, from 18:00 +2UTC to 21:00 +2UTC. Today it is 16:30 +2UTC and the API is not even working. My players have lost faith in roll20, who seems has died from success, and asked me to abandon the tool. I paid the PRO subscription only to play Star Wars Edge of the Empire in roll20. This means that me and a lot of other people have paid 100$ for a tool that is not working, and the roll20 team seems to not giving feedback at all. I am very, very dissapointed. Will this last for long or may I beging to cancel the subscripcion?

Is the (severe) lag only with that one script?

Good question. Thank you first for answering. "Star Wars: Fantasy Flight Dice Roller" is the only API I use (and it is 22:00 PM +2UTC and is still not working...). Due to your question, I tried other APIs (Mutant Year Zero Dice Roller API and Forbidden Lands API) and the two are working well...  I don't understand why SW API does not work and MY0 API works... :_( Where do I have to adress to report this serious lag and malfunction?

I'm seeing the same behavior with PowerCards over the same period.  Serious deterioration in this capability lately.

Hmm. That Script "Star Wars: Fantasy Flight Dice Roller" hasn't been touched in nearly a year. Not sure what might have happened with it. I would try it in a brand new game and see if it still fails. I would also suggest going through the troubleshooting steps I'll post below, jus to help narrow down the potential source of the problem. The script is user-submitted, and not a creation of Roll20, so if it is a programming error, they may not be able to do anything about it. if none of the steps below helps, you can try filing an issue on the script's Github page . You can also try contacting the people listed as contributors in the script's history .
