When it comes to pre-ordering books such as Tashas, is there any reason to do so, as opposed to just buying it day of? If it costs the same, whats the purpose of a preorder?
Nothing, other than some people want it the instant it is available. Roll20 did a same day, not same minute release last time, and some folks got upset. I think they are committing to date and time this time.
