Hello everyone! My name is Taylor and I'm looking for an experienced 5e GM! I'm in a group of a couple of people, the oldest being me at 20 years old and the youngest being about 15 years old. Size: Our group shouldn't be too big, probably around 2-5 players and if it's the lower number then we would be fine playing with anyone you would want to bring in. Me and the other main member (Garrett) are not shy at all! Experience: I have played many many 5e games, both outside of Roll20 and in Roll20; though I've preferred using Roll20 for all of my games now. Garrett is the other most experienced player having played 5e a lot as well, and also we both played a few custom systems. I've also played 3.5 a few times, though it's not my favorite. The other players range from never having played before, to simply having less experience than me and Garrett. Communication: We use discord to talk to each other. We also play on Roll20 unless there's a free site or something else available. Time zones: Our time zones vary somewhat, most of us are in the US. I'm in the EST time zone, but I can stay up late; a lot of the others are in the CST time zone so they're about an hour behind me. One of our players is from Vietnam, so she would be the one with the time zone to work around; however there's no guarantee she might play. What kind of game we're looking for: We really like roleplaying, our last GM was pretty bad at it and also somewhat discouraged it which was a shame. He was a more combat focused GM, but his combat was poorly done and often he would actively try to kill our characters just for fun. We are okay with combat, just so long as it's balanced and fair. Story is important to us as well, and we love having our character backstories come into play and be utilized effectively. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my message!
