I'm having this issue on Chrome And Microsoft Edge.&nbsp; Sometimes I get a good screen, but can't open or create any handouts, folders or characters.&nbsp; I did clear cache and history...with no change.

I still doesn't work in Chrome unless I open an incognito window! 3 days now!

I am not running any add-ons or extensions on Firefox.&nbsp; I turned off everything a couple of weeks ago when I ran into a different issue with macros and api scripts acting very slow.&nbsp; It did not fix anything, but I have yet to turn them back on.&nbsp; So far, I have not had any issues signing on with the private/incognito windows. When i signed on with Chrome, I did have VTTES enabled and it loaded just fine.&nbsp;

I am having this issue in Chrome (which is up to date).&nbsp; Won't go past the loading screen. This is the case whenever opening my own game as DM (namely this game ), or another person's game as a player. Clearing the cache does not help.&nbsp; I have no add ons or extensions running.&nbsp; Incognito mode does not solve the problem. UPDATE:&nbsp; This problem persists even in Incognito mode, but it only happens rarely, still only in my game that has a module installed&nbsp;

I have just tried and been able to launch in Microsoft Edge (though that is not my preferred browser).

The good news: The Exit Game button works. The map now displays. The bad news: Character Sheet tab when selected still displays solid white. Runs fine on Incognito tab (and Microsoft Edge). Was having the opposite problem of everyone here: was working fine on Chrome but not on Edge. Now it doesn't seem to work on either. Going to try Firefox.

Just got on briefly via Chrome (not incognito). Able to access character sheet without difficulty! Yay!

Chrome steps Firefox steps Thank you! There still appears to be an issue, images and other elements of Roll20 are not loading across the entire website. Both in games and when browsing the forums or marketplace. The website's logo appears to load, as does the animated background on my game's page... all other custom images however do not load. When I load a game (any game), there's no images loading... it would appear that the media server is not communicating with the site.

Looks like everything is loading properly again now, hopefully it stays working for tonight's game.

I continue to have this problem, with Chrome refusing to launch my campaigns.&nbsp; Is there any word on a fix?

I believe I may now be getting this issue on chrome as well. I only get a black loading screen. I even cleared all my cookies.

Hi, same bug here (appears on my two games with custom sheet, not the other games): game loading but instead of the maps, a white screen and scrolling bar vertically in the middle of the page. chat repeating last 2 entries from previous session, whatever I type/roll/draw in it ; or doesn't show anything, depending on the game the character sheet loads, but it only shows "Bio&amp;Info" &amp; "Attributes and abilities", not "character sheet" My assets doesn't show anything Handouts show correctly My games are named "invicible Copy", and "Cthuluh-2" It worked earlier today. I am also -- once again -- having issues, now with both Chrome *and* Edge. Since my trouble last week, I have been able to get Roll20 to launch, but now, whenever I move things around on the token layer, or sometimes with no input at all, the page seems to reload without the map layer or anything else.&nbsp; Afterwards, opening up other maps shows a very weirdly zoomed in (and unusable) version of the actual map I had created.&nbsp; See the comparison below. Same here, one of our campaigns works fine, the other one (<a href="https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/373021/star-wars-a-silver-lining" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/373021/star-wars-a-silver-lining</a>) is utterly broken. Takes forever to load and when it does, there is the split screen issue mentioned in this thread, background images don't load, dice don't roll, chat is unresponsive and the log doesn't load either (meaning we can't even make a backup and our greatest fear atm is losing the log and having a gap in our meticulous line of backups). Those issues crop up for all of us, and we tried different browsers (chrome, firefox, opera, vivaldi and edge) with no success. The console log is so long it actually freezes the tab when I try to copy paste it in here. I have already attached it in a ticket I wrote 4 days ago though.

Same issues as others, game will load indefinitely, I cleared cache, even tried incognito, chrome is up to date, tried explorer (also its private mode), still having issues. Please let me know if the thread is updated elsewhere, or if a solution have has been worked out. I would like to say that I had an easy fix for this, but am not sure exactly how it got straightened out.&nbsp; The player in question has a Mac and is running Safari which causes a number of issues.&nbsp; We've been trying to get him to switch to Chrome or Firefox just for gaming, but he is stubborn.&nbsp; Dynamic lighting for him is always a matter of messing around with LDL vs UDL to find the settings where he can see the map -- every time we change maps and even if it is a map they have been in before. In short, I had cleared the cache on my end and had him do the same on his end.&nbsp; For me, it worked.&nbsp; For him, not so much.&nbsp; I finally had him log out of the game and restart his Mac.&nbsp; Everything came back fine.&nbsp; I am not sure why clearing his internet cache did not work for him, unless he didn't really follow through with it like he said he did.&nbsp; Not familiar enough with Macs to be able to really give him detailed instructions. I just found out that at least in our case, where all of us where not able to access the campaign regardless of browsers, having the GM make a copy of said game and use that instead has solved the issues (for now at least). Everything is working as it should in the copy. So anyone else still having this issue might want to try this.
