Roll20 has stolen money from me!

I started to use roll20 and decide to pay a PRO subscription, and after a month it's great but I don't need everything that it cames with, so this month o decide to change the subscription and bought the PLUS subscription... Gave roll20 a new credit card number to pay the 4,99 and the charge me that and the 9 something dollers as well! I'm pissed!  Why have you stolen  my money? I only wanted the Plus subscription because I don't need the Pro. I gave you my credit card number and you decided to take both plus subscription and the pro subscription! Why? Don't try to refund, just give me 2 months os plus subscription that the Pro is worth.
