So I can see my character sheet and have no issues doing anything on my computer.  However,  when trying to use the mobile app on my phone I can load the bio and info but not my character sheet.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Everything used to work fine on my mobile app and I could run discord along side but now the character sheets are entirely blank and unresponsive. Video available for reference if required.

The mobile app had many problems is no longer supported. Roll20 is beta testing a new one at this time, but there is no ETA yet.

However Table on Tablet (running the table in a mobile browser) is supported for everyone. You are likely to run into display issues on the limited screen size of a phone, though.
