Dynamic and legacy lighting incredibly laggy

I've begun to notice this only in the past few weeks, but any maps I add lighting to become extremely sluggish, to the point that dragging tokens is painful. This did not use to be this way? I recall having maps, even heavily hand drawn with the vectorized lines, that had no problem running. Most of the posts I've seen blame the linework, but I am positive this didn't use to be an issue. Is this only on my end?
I'm sorry I don't have a solution. But I just wanted to let you know I have the exact same problem just to boost this thread up. I've gone through the optimizing roll20 page and all that and nothing
My game had this problem last night.  In my ~2 years of playing here I've never seen dynamic get so slow and laggy.  We were forced to turn it off because the mail was largely unusable.  Delay dragging or moving tokens was killing us.

Hopefully the UDL improvements just released on Dev will show some real difference.
