Regarding the Merchant Agreement.

So I applied to be a creator on Roll 20 and I got a mail back saying that I'm but before I upload anything I need to sign the  Merchant Agreement , but I don't know where that is or how to I get there :(... Can somebody please help me? a fellow creator :( pleeeeaase <3 <3 <3

You should have gotten an email (2, probably) with a link to the agreement. Check for an email from RightSignature.com, for a merchant agreement and W-2.

First of all thank you for answer me so fast <3, and second, I only got one mail, maybe I have to wait until the other arrive, I checked spam, and the other mail tabs. This is what is written: "... Once we receive this information, you will be sent a Roll20 Merchant Agreement and a W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (International) via RightSignature, a safe application that allows you to sign legal documents online. Please DO NOT attach your first set to this email, you will have access to a backend upload element once you have signed your Merchant Agreement."

If it has only been a few days, I advise patience. If it has been something like a week, I would suggest writing back to the address you got the other email from. I can't remember if it is the support address, but you can probably put the rep's name in the subject line. If you still don't hear back, post here again and I'll see if I can't do something to call more attention to this. (i.e., becoming a Marketplace Creator can take a while).

Mine took about a month cuzz of the W8ben. But if I recall there was some fine print at the end about notifying your email correspondence once everything was signed so they can sorta hit a button and activate you. Read your emails again twice over and see if you are missing a step. The process works but while it is people handling it, the guidelines are mechanical. Congrats on the becoming a creator!

Thank you :D I reply to the same mail asking for theMerchant Agreement and I totally missed the part where I send them a bunch of info about me and my store, haha so I just send that :P I'm waiting now Thank you! <3
