Hi everyone, I've looked around for help but haven't been able to solve my issue. 1. Players only see a black screen. 2. On both my computer and my test player computer this is the case. 3. They can see the basic maps (like phandalin and the cover art) so it probably some kind of lighting issue. Could just be happening with battle maps. We are running dragons of icespire. 4. I have a pro membership and have tried turning dynamic lighting on and off. 5. When I reveal the area using the eyeball tool nothing happens except the box on my GM screen that gets lighter as I select. Any help trouble shooting would be appreciated. I'm DMing with a group of folks in person using roll 20 on this big screen for maps/interactivity. One player will be be controlling the movement of everyone.
