Not able to add new level in Charactermancer

I've been having a problem with adding a level in Roll20's Charactermancer lately. When I go to add a new level on my existing L12 character, Charactermancer shows the character sheet at L1 and not the previous levels. I've used Roll20 and Charactermancer for more than a year and I'm def not hitting the Create new character button. This problem has occurred on a new character sheet going from L1 to L2 and a character sheet I've used for months at L12

I cleaned out my temp internet files and cookies from Chrome as well as launched the Charactermancer option to create a NEW character but canceled that before saving. I was then able to add a level like normal.

I can't add levels suing the charactermancer either 

Launch the Charactermancer New Character feature (not the level up feature) but do not use the create character wizard. Just hit cancel instead and Exit the Charactermancer by hitting the Discard and Exit. After that launch the Level Up Charactermancer and it should work like normal.
