Before and after each scenario there will be a short book club to talk about the story and afterwards to recap the events in light of the RPG. Session 0 will kick of with “Pickman’s model” (required read) and character creation should fit within the story but also can be done in session with player inputs. Characters can be transferred from scenarios but don't have too, up to the player after each scenario. very flexible on that and usually try to make a confluent transition between scenarios.
