Low Res Maps

Hello i dont know what the issue might be. I Try to import a map that i created on Inkarnate. 2048x 1536. But the resulution is really crappy when i try to make the image bigger. The funny thing is it randomly works. The Fisrt map i uploaded workt fine but evry other map was blurry. then later after refreshing the site one of the other maps was clear but the first one was blurry. What am i doing wrong, can someone help me? sorry for grammar mistakes and all. Second lenguage her ^^

If you wait longer (for loading), without zooming, without panning, without changing the viewport, it should load the Full resolution in time. Roll20 does pre-load a lower resolution to let you see what's coming in. However, if the problem is the same after waiting, then hopefully someone from Roll20 Team can help with your bug report!
