Missing/ deleted character sheets

I am a dm and when me and my players loaded up roll 20 today for our final session all of the character sheets for pc and npc where gone but all of the bonus stuff I has was fine. This happened only for the ones I was dming for and no one has access to my account to delete them. So idk what happened. Please help.

I will just chime in here and say that what I thought was a problem with token actions disappearing (via custom macros on the Attributes and Abilities tab) may be related to this.  I have NPC's (monsters) that were created by dragging and dropping stat blocks from the compendium that were unaffected other than that their token actions were blown away.  Whereas I have NPC's not created through that mechanism where the character sheet no longer exists *and the token actions were blown away.  So, weirdness is happening.
