In the case of Jander Sunstar, the converter simply did not realize the art referred to that character. Wizards of the Coast provides assets in a non-declarative naming fashion: DIV0123.png, for instance, not "Jander Sunstar crucified on Harumans Hill.png". I remember reporting this over a year ago. It does not look like it has been changed (this was before the Help Center became what it is). I can only guess that A) the request never went to the right person, or B) the fix was low priority, since the character appears on no maps (Haruman's is a Theater of the Mind, IIRC). In most cases, name tokens are used when artwork is unclear, unavailable or not worth the effort. The winter wolves in question must have slipped through. They should have gotten tokens. Mistakes happen. Reporting them through the Help Center is the only way I know to make report. I do some contract conversion work for Roll20, can contact some of the team members directly, and even then, that's how I make a report. Reporting them on the forums will do nothing. Reporting them on the Help Center may take a long time, but at least it is logged.
