missing tokens again the two wolves in dougan's hole have their artwork but not a token-specific artwork. Same with the dwarvish seer woman in Caer Dineval etc etc etc If this continues I am honestly not going to purchase a single module from roll20 not only is it more expensive than dnd beyond, it seems to be REALLY REALLY  lacking content and the dynamic lighting is really slapdash. What's going on guys? Baldur's gate has Jander sunstar still missing artwork, there is still missing handouts for ghosts of saltmarsh

Are these the ones where it has a generic Token with the Name written in text on the token instead of using artwork for a pog? Or are the tokens missing entirely, like non-existant?
I have not seen names for art, and if there is names for art why is there a name for art when the artwork exists literally in the module?

In the case of Jander Sunstar, the converter simply did not realize the art referred to that character. Wizards of the Coast provides assets in a non-declarative naming fashion: DIV0123.png, for instance, not "Jander Sunstar crucified on Harumans Hill.png". I remember reporting this over a year ago. It does not look like it has been changed (this was before the Help Center became what it is). I can only guess that A) the request never went to the right person, or B) the fix was low priority, since the character appears on no maps (Haruman's is a Theater of the Mind, IIRC). In most cases, name tokens are used when artwork is unclear, unavailable or not worth the effort. The winter wolves in question must have slipped through. They should have gotten tokens. Mistakes happen. Reporting them through the Help Center is the only way I know to make report. I do some contract conversion work for Roll20, can contact some of the team members directly, and even then, that's how I make a report. Reporting them on the forums will do nothing. Reporting them on the Help Center may take a long time, but at least it is logged.
What about the rewards of the raven figurine or the two wolves... they do appear on maps and its an asset players can use... Because I did report the raven figurine and others.  The point is its getting literally absurd with the modules missing obvious stuff. Also, the dwarvish prophet in Caer Dineval literally has a room in it....  These changes can be done in 5 seconds and implemented immediately. Stop with the excuses and do what you are PAID FOR. Do I need to mention that the dynamic lighting for Rime of the Frostmaiden looks worse than me taking 10 seconds to do it? Where are the assets we paid for from previous campaigns in our compendiums and if I hear about the god damned transmogrified I am going to blow up on this. Let's admit it the quality is slipping and changes that are extremely easy to make are not happening within any reasonable timeframe. It's okay if the team misses something but the response time to these things is ridiculously slow or never happens.  Jander can be taken off the tree and escort the party somewhere just as thought or a DM might want to implement them somewhere else etc etc etc
I don't understand why the walrus token is just the word 'walrus' when the giant walrus has art. Art that could have been scaled down to 70px for the medium sized walrus token. It took me all of couple of minutes to do that myself. Also, why wasn't the art for the frost giants (from the Frost Giant module) and duergar mind master (in MTOF), to name just a couple, in this product?

Because someone was extremely lazy let's be honest. There are missing items as well. And don't even start with licensing the items and the creatures are in the module already. Just implement this stuff it takes 5 minutes to make. I as a dungeon master and a client should not have to be SURPRISED and copy pasta and make tokens that should be there and items as well with their handouts. I've worked in a software company this takes 5 minutes, and there is nothing that much to verify open book, see with eyes, close book, make tokens, implement in the folder updates done. Easy.  Nobody is asking for items, creatures or anything like that, that doesn't exist. ITS IN THE MODULE @roll20 do you work and the product you are paid for and whoever is doing the dynamic lighting for the Rime of the Frostmaiden replace them today because the only reasonable explanation for the squiggly lines is either they were drunk, medically disabled or just didn't damn care. Oh do I need to even mention UNIQUE characters not having their own custom character sheets just because they are based on some creature type? And me having to rename them and create separate ones? Maybe I don't want to tell my players by clicking on the character that they are creature X.. this is ridiculous . I am flat out not buying the next module unless you hear about good implementation and same with the others if I am going to have to double check everything and preplan it myself
