Not to be the "try restarting your computer" person ... but try restarting your computer! This actually worked for a couple of people experiencing this particular bug. Other things that users reported made it go away: switching browsers, checking to make sure that LDL and UDL were not operating at the same time, un-installing streaming software. Good luck!
