Won't let me drag and drop upload images

When I drag my image onto Roll20 the cursor turns to a crossed out O and the image doesn't upload when i let go. Tried images that uploaded successfully before and they don't now. I checked my storage quota it is at 1mb/100mb so that's not the problem.
Hi Paul What kind of image file is it? and is it a very large file? Also, would you be able to provide Operating System, Browser and version? You can get that info from http://supportdetails.com if you're not sure. Thanks
Windows 7, Firefox version 12.0, PNG image 7.64kb in size. The issue seems to have resolved itself for now though, as it now let me upload the image in question.
I have the same problem now as well. Cannot drag and drop images, cursor turns into a crossed out O. Windows 7, Firefox 13.1. Tiny PNG image EDIT: I was running firefox as admin. When I ran it normally, it started working again.
Interesting. I don't think this is anything on our end, it sounds like a Firefox-specific feature/bug.
Honestly, i dont know, i have the same problem with firefox and chrome too, both actual versions, on win XP SP3. It just doesnt work. It does exactly nothing when i drag&drop whatever. No error message, nothing. But i can remember it worked some months ago, some weeks ago an uploading in progress sign would appear (like the one describedabove), but it wouldnt work - and now there is nothing

Orlando, are you trying to drag and drop from the Art Library manager (the popup window) or from the art library tab on the right hand side of the screen? If you are using the Art Library manager, it is not designed to drag images to the tabletop. - Gauss
No i'am trying to drag and drop images from other websites, or paste it from clipboard (which doesnt work either). It works from the art library tab though - is that really the only way?

You can drag from your computer to the tabletop or from the art library. I dont think you can do it from other websites or the clipboard (Note: you can paste from one roll20 map to another roll20 map inside the same game). If you wish to drop an image from a website or your clipboard into the game you can do this: right click, click save as, and save it as one of the file types Roll20 accepts. Alternately, you can copy the image, paste it into MS Paint and then save it. Then you can drop that file from your computer to Roll20. - Gauss
Sidenote: Dragging and dropping from your computer maintains transparency on .png files. Whereas when you upload images do the art library, the images lose transparency and instead the empty space is filled with white. Sidenote: ^Can that actually be fixed? So that if you do upload a file to the Art library it will maintain transparency, I'm not quite sure why it doesn't maintain transparency in the first place. Have you guys ever looked into that?

GammaGoblinz, are you sure this is the case and you're not just seeing the background of the user interface of Roll20 (which is often white)? I've uploaded lots of PNGs with transparency via the art library and transparency is retained.
It has happened with every single .png file I've ever tried to upload the Square around the token (circular tokens). The empty space that is transparent when I drag and drop the file into the page it maintains empty space, when I upload the exact same file to the art library and then put it onto a page, that empty space turns into white space. I have had other friends who DM on roll20 have the exact same thing happen. I'm only certain of this because I tested it thoroughly for awhile and since then I never upload anything anymore because the file's transparency always turns into white space instead. Maybe it's only a bug for a few people.

Interesting. Do you mind sharing one of your PNG files that I can try on my end?
