API not working for months

My Api screen does not show up. i cannot restart it at all.&nbsp; <a href="https://imgur.com/a/UmEYZvC" rel="nofollow">https://imgur.com/a/UmEYZvC</a> &nbsp; This is what i see. The black box is a black line at the bottom of my screen. I have tried disabling my internet extensions. Tried google chrome, firefox and internet explorer, all have the same problem. I have tried older games and it's the same problem. I made my friend a DM and it worked perfectly for her so it has to be a problem with my computer... But i don't have any anti virus on so i dont know what else could be affecting it. &nbsp;I could really use some help figuring this out.

Two things to try: Check if the problem persists when using a Private Browsing Page. You may have an extension conflict of some sort. Check if the problem persists on a brand new game. That would indicate a specific problem with the game. The latter sound more likely from your description. In which case, your best bet is to fie a&nbsp; Help Center Request .
The problem persists for every game i have on roll 20 including old and new ones. I put my google chrome in incognito mode and same problem. The API works when i open roll 20 on my cellphone, it also works for my friend when i put them as GM. so it has to be some kind of problem with my computer? But i have no anti virus so im not sure what could be causing it.

Yeah, I'd say the Help Center is the best route. Are you on a VPN?

Have you tried on another computer (other than your cellphone)?&nbsp; Logging out of Roll20 and back in? Perhaps also try reinstalling Chrome? You've probably already tried these steps, or they won't be helpful... but sometimes 'have you turned it off and back on again' type of troubleshooting fixes things for no discernible reason! But I'm guessing this is something with your Roll20 account (which would need a Help Center request) or an issue with your computer... in which case I wouldn't even know where to start. Good luck!
