Dynamic Lighting Issues?

Hi! Recently I bought the subscription and I can use the DL quite okay-ish so far. However, I can't seem understand how I could allow players that have no characters on a scene to watch what is going on. My recent solution was to give them the ability the control the tokens of other party members, but I do know that i'll be having some stress about it.  Is there a way to do it? I read the Wiki, but coudn't find a fix.
make a small generic token .. give all players permissions and vision.. ask them nicely to Not move the token around (there isn't a way to lock it down)

You could also use a transparent .png token (and turn off all bars, auras, nameplate from player visibility), so then observer characters would have sight, but wouldn't have a token visible to them to click on. (Though they could still click around and find it on 'accident'.)
I created a token named "Spectator" so they could see, but they can't move them if I don't. Unfortunately, I have to punish them on some ways like removing XP (even tho its just a little bit) if they misbehave with the tokens and stuff. Kinda meh, but, yeah. Now they're all united, at least.
