Chat Archive Will Not Clear

Sir or Ma'am: For some reason, the "Clear Chat Archive" / CONFIRM button will not Clear the chat archive on one of my games.  I've attempted this multiple times.  The archive has gotten so large that attempting to open it causes a crash.  We'll try to prune it more.   The game ID is 1047805.   Thanks for much for the assistance!

Hi Kerry, Your report will not likely be seen on forum. The devs use the Help Center to track tickets. Your best bet is to file a  Help Center Request .
