I'm Shoejuggler and I've been playing and GMing Pathfinder—as well as other tabletop RPGs— for over a decade, with a little over 1400 hours spent in Roll20. I love the world of Pathfinder, which is why I decided on earning a bit of extra cash running one of the better APs. Our campaign is about to move into book two of the War for the Crown adventure path, a great place for a new player to join in. If you've had a character concept for a high society-type character -- be it a family outcast fighting for social reform, a power-hungry noble, or even a vigilante -- this is the campaign for you. About the Campaign The War for the Crown adventure path is expected to take players from level 1 to 17. However, I will be tracking experience, so the actual level limit may vary. The AP places focus on social encounters as well as some combat and dungeon delving. Entirely martial-focused characters might feel left out for most of this campaign if they don't have at least some social skills. What to Expect – Official maps and tokens from Paizo. That means every map will align 100% with the grid for perfect token placement. — Pro-Account benefits, such as lighting, APIs, etc. — A custom AP experience. Your character's backstories and actions can change the outcome of the adventure beyond what even Paizo intended. Nothing is set in stone. About You While I don't plan to have any explicitly "adult" content in the campaign, discussion and jokes in tabletop games often get a little blue. At least in my experience. For that reason, I would prefer all applicants to be at least 18 years of age. Aside from that, anyone can join the game whether they are seasoned Pathfinder players or completely new to the system. I also expect all players to be respectful, patient, and helpful toward one another. Leave the nastiness to the BBEGs. That's their job. Not yours. Lastly, please make absolutely sure that you can commit at least 3-4 hours on the same day every week. I expect there to be some weeks where we can't all get together to play. Holidays, emergencies, and other commitments happen. But if you have something going on that will conflict with you playing on a weekly basis, you should reconsider joining this game. That being said, I am always open to changing our meeting time to accommodate the entire group's schedule. About Your Character — As I said before, social-focused builds will get the most play out of this AP, but you are free to play whatever class you want...given that it isn't 3rd party or a summoner. — All races are fine except for those that are Monstrous, Powerful, or Advanced. — You are allowed two traits, but one must be a campaign trait from the War from the Crown players' guide (provided below) — We will be using 20-point buy for character creation – Current party make-up consists of an Inquisitor, an Arcanist, a Ninja, a Fighter, and a Hunter If you are interested in joining our game, please fill out an application in the campaign's LFG post here Looking forward to playing with you This game will require payment to the Game Master at a rate of $10 per session via PayPal.
