Hiding Massive Spoilers in the Compendium

Hi there, Is there a way to hide specific compendium info without removing the options to use some of it for character creation?  I ask because I'm about to run Odyssey of the Dragonlords and if you type in Odyssey as a player, massive story spoilers are included in the Odyssey Compendium.  But I'd still like my players to be able to use the races and things included in the book via the Charactermancer however.

Short answer is no... sorry. The longer answer involves the difficulties that partitioning the data in the compendiums would pose along side the ability of players to source that information in many other ways should they be so inclined. Sadly, cheaters are gonna cheat at the end of the day. Hopefully the character based options don't contain too many spoilers that aren't just lore add-ons? If so, they'd have to actively seek out spoilers which could be done via the internet in general. Sorry again...
