It depends on what character sheet you are using for your game, and what specific setting you want to update. But if it's a setting that is available for you to change and update to all tokens, it'll be listed on the Game Settings page (outside of the game, click on Settings, then Game Settings). Look for the Game Default Settings and Default Sheet Settings. After changing those settings, go into your game and click on the settings tab and under Experimental Features you should see "Apply Default Settings". If you want to update the whisper settings, I'll cut and paste from keithcurtis' great explanation as well: A guide to whisper settings : Note that the whisper settings are attached to each individual sheet, there is no actual game setting. These instructions are for changing the defaults for all the character sheets in the game, then applying the settings to all existing sheets. Note that this will also change your PC sheets - you will have to manually change them to a different setting if one is preferred.
