What is your preferred method? I'm looking for some ideas since adding non-hunters isn't very intuitive. I've never been Keeper for a MOTW game before and I'm the first in my group to use Roll20 for MOTW so I'm in uncharted waters ^-^;
I haven't used the MotW sheets specifically, but in general for games using the PTBA rules where there is no real overlap between the rules governing PCs and NPCs, I've found that it's easiest to just create a handout for NPCs rather than trying to use a character sheet, and put any relevant stats in the GM notes section.

I'm a little bit embarrassed that I didn't think of that! It's simple but smart. Thank you for the help!
